Spiritual Brunch

Please note, if picking multiple services there will be an additional practitioner charge based on the service selected. Certain services are only offered by a specific practitioner. You may not book the same practitioner more than once. If you’re looking for multiples of the same service please indicate that in your booking request.

(*) Indicates services or experiences outside Sol & Root’s normal offerings. These services or experiences are curated and conducted by practitioners that are contracted by Sol & Root Wellness. Unless stated otherwise, these practitioners are independent and operate as a separate entity outside of our event and may be contracted outside of their affiliation with Sol & Root Wellness.

Fees & Additional Cost

• Payments for services are the responsibility of the guests or host. 
• Payments can be paid directly to the Sol & Root team.
• The average service ranges from $30-100 based on time and speciality.
• There is a $100 refundable deposit due at the time of booking.
• Overtime: If the event is to run over our scheduled time you are likely to incur overtime fees. 

Booking & Payment

• A signed agreement and refundable retainer are required to secure your event date.
• Your event is not confirmed until your deposit is made to Sol & Root Wellness. This may or may not reflect your total due at the time of service based on additional fees and travel costs.
• Remaining balances must be paid before or on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged.
• Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits can be applied to services or refunded to the host at the end of the event.
• Rescheduling requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
• Last-minute cancellations may be subject to additional fees.

Travel & Location

• Travel within the Austin-metro area may be included.
• Travel Fees will be assessed based on the event's location in proximity to Elgin, TX.
• Additional travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area.
• Parking or venue-related fees are the responsibility of the client.

Event Space Requirements

Clients are responsible for providing:

• A safe and accessible setup area.
• Adequate space for services being provided. If unsure if your space is functionable please ask.
• Protection from weather for outdoor events when applicable.

What we provide:

• We are able to provide a table, chairs, and/or a 10x10 tent for outdoor events if necessary per request at no additional cost.

Our services are intended for spiritual wellness, relaxation, personal insight, and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare services. Participation in all services is voluntary.

Professional Boundaries
We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests and practitioners.
Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or unsafe conditions may result in refusal or termination of services without refund.

Outdoor & Weather Policy
For outdoor events, clients are responsible for providing appropriate coverage or accommodations for weather conditions.
In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, services may be adjusted, paused, or rescheduled.

Media & Photography
We may occasionally capture photos or videos for promotional use unless otherwise requested by the client prior to the event.

Custom Experiences
Every event is unique. Service flow, session lengths, and offerings may be adjusted based on event size, timing, guest participation, and overall experience goals.
