What is a candle reading?

If you've seen us at markets you may have heard us talk about our candle readings. A complimentary service that's included with every ritual candle purchase. Claiming your reading is easy. Just send a photo of your candle to either of our social media accounts and our practitioner will respond with a personalized reading based on your chosen candle. But what exactly does a candle reading entail? 

These readings give us an opportunity to take the magic a step further. Gaining a special insight into the into the workings of your candle. Each candle weaves a special story based on the intention it was crafted with. Every reading is different and uniquely attuned to the person burning the candle. Usually, the readings are about a paragraph or two in length. Including an interpretation of the candle, channeled messages, and guidance based on what was seen. 

On the face of a candle you'll find the realms of life. Representing different aspects or areas we get to explore as we grow and age. Some realms indicate heaviness other wealth but it's our perspective that truly shapes how these energies will manifest. Neither is positive or negative, it's simply information. 

Every candle can show this differently, below you'll find the types of stories each candle tells and how they impact a reading.

Abundance

What's shown here can be tricky to understand because we often forget that abundance extends past tangible wealth and money. This candle can act as a reminder of this while offering some predictions of your financial future and identifying potential abundance blocks. 

Protection

One of my favorites to read. The protection candle is a snapshot of your aura, energy field, and boundaries. Offering clarity on where you may be leaking energy and how this can effect you mind, body, and spirit. A curative measure for instability, ojo, and negative energy. 

Sacred Love

Sacred love shows the energy of the heart, connection, and the relationships in your life (not just with people). This candle directs you toward healing, connection, and love by showing what the Hearts carries and what it's searching for.

Smoke Cleanse

Our cleansing candle shows where density and heaviness have been living, helping us understand what we've been carrying, if it's ours and what needs to released. Showing us our boundaries and what realms may be in need of our attention. 

Meditation

The meditation candle focus on aligning you with peace, clarity, and your spiritual path. These readings bring forth channeled messages regarding your spiritual journey, path to peace, and where to you may be in need of additional clarity.

Inner Child

One of our "therapy" candles. Burned to help identify our relationships and how to work with younger versions of ourselves. Helping us recognize how past childhood experiences affect our adult emotions and behaviors. 

Shadow Work

Our second "therapy" candle, shines a light in the dark, making what you see less scary. If you've heard of shadow work you know it's not as devious as it may sound. It's about embracing yourself fully with compassion and acceptance. Shadow work brings about a loving type of exposure, showing us our blind spots and what needs our love.
